Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Company Leads Hub uses cookies and similar storage, in line with PECR and UK GDPR.
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. We also use browser localStorage for cookie preferences.
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
These are needed to run the site. The law allows them without extra consent:

If you block these, login and checkout will fail.
2. Functional (optional)
We may remember simple preferences (for example layout). These are off unless you press Accept on the banner. Press Decline and we will not set them.
You can change your mind via Cookie Preferences in the footer.
3. Third parties
Stripe
When you pay, Stripe may set its own cookies. See stripe.com/privacy and stripe.com/cookies.
Google Maps
If you open the Map page, Google’s Maps JavaScript API loads map images. Google may process your IP address and may set cookies on Google’s domains. That happens because you asked to see the map. See Google’s maps and privacy terms. We do not use Google Analytics unless we say so here in a later update.
Resend
Sends email. It does not set cookies on this website.
Companies House / postcodes.io
Public data sources. They are not used to drop marketing cookies on your browser.
We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
4. How to control cookies
- Use the banner: Accept or Decline non-essential cookies.
- Footer: Cookie Preferences.
- Your browser: block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will break the logged-in app.
5. Changes
We will update this page if the cookies we use change. The date at the top is the latest version.
