Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Company Leads Hub at companyleadshub.co.uk (the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Ilie Andrei Irimie, a sole trader in England, of 35 Bridge Street, NE24 2AA (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: tasteofgreeknow@gmail.com.
By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are written in English. The Service is aimed at business users in the United Kingdom.
1. What the Service is — and is not
1.1. Company Leads Hub is a private commercial product. It is not Companies House, not a government website, and not an official public register.
1.2. We collect company information from public sources, mainly:
- the Companies House public register and official APIs;
- the Companies House free company data product;
- postcode-to-map coordinates from public postcode services;
- for the Workplace & Contact add-on only: Google Places listings and a few public pages on a company’s own website (phone, website, published VAT number if shown, and role inboxes such as info@ or sales@);
- Companies House filing dates already on the public profile (accounts due, confirmation statement, charges, office flags).
1.3. We organise that information so paying subscribers can search, filter, map, export, and track UK companies (including new incorporations and insolvency statuses where offered).
1.4. Map pins use the registered postcode, not a surveyed street entrance. Distances labelled “same postcode” mean companies share that official postcode point.
1.5. Your contract agenda (utilities, POS, insurance and similar reminders) is information you type in. We do not invent contract end dates from Companies House. Companies House does not publish utility or merchant-contract expiry dates.
1.6. The Service is a research and organisation tool. It is not legal, financial, credit, or regulated advice. You must do your own due diligence before you contact anyone or enter a contract.
2. Companies House data and the Open Government Licence
2.1. Company and officer information from Companies House is Crown copyright / public-sector information. We reuse it under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (“OGL”), which allows commercial reuse if you keep the attribution and the licence conditions.
2.2. Attribution: Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

2.3. When you export or reuse register data from the Service, you must also keep to the OGL (attribution, no official endorsement).
2.4. You must not:
- present our site, exports, or emails as an official Companies House product;
- suggest that we or you speak for Companies House or the UK government;
- remove required attribution from exported register data.
2.5. Register data can be late, incomplete, or wrong. We do not independently verify every field.
3. Eligibility and accounts
3.1. You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract.
3.2. Keep your login secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3.3. Tell us promptly at tasteofgreeknow@gmail.com if you think someone else used your account.
3.4. Your notes, pipeline status, favourites, digest settings, and agenda entries belong only to your account. Another subscriber cannot see them. You must not try to access another user’s private records.
3.5. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, give false details, or are used unlawfully.
4. Plans, trial, payment
4.1. Plans (including trial, Starter, Professional, Enterprise), Insolvency Watch, Workplace & Contact, and any one-off export product are described on the Pricing page. Features can differ by plan (for example the map, daily digest, or insolvency lists). Workplace & Contact is sold separately and is not included in Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
4.2. The daily company digest is available only on Professional and Enterprise (and to us as operator). Starter, trial, and invited accounts do not receive it. If a plan lapses or a payment fails, digest emails stop.
4.3. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
4.4. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
4.5. Refunds. If you are a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights are unaffected. For business customers, except where the law requires otherwise, subscription fees are not refunded once a paid period has started. A one-off digital export is not refunded once it has been made available, unless it is materially faulty.
4.6. We may change prices with reasonable notice. A change does not alter a period you have already paid for.
4.7. Invite codes are discretionary and may be changed or withdrawn.
5. How you may use the data
5.1. You may use the Service for your own legitimate business research and sales pipeline.
5.2. You are the controller for any outreach you do (calls, emails, visits). Public register data, a Google listing, or a published info@ address does not give you a free pass to spam or to ignore UK GDPR or PECR.
5.3. In particular:
- Email or texts to individuals usually need a PECR-compliant reason (often consent, sometimes another PECR exception).
- Emails to a corporate subscriber (a limited company as the recipient) are treated differently under PECR, but UK GDPR still applies if you process a named person’s details (for example a director’s name).
- You must honour opt-outs and not harass anyone.
- Do not use the Service to commit fraud, impersonation, or unlawful tracing.
5.4. You must not:
- scrape or bulk-harvest the Service except through the export tools we give your plan;
- republish or resell our aggregated product as a competing data feed;
- share one login across a team where a multi-user arrangement is required;
- attempt to break security or other users’ isolation.
6. Emails we send you
6.1. We send service emails needed to run your account (password reset, security, billing).
6.2. If you are on a qualifying plan and you switch the digest on, we send a daily alert of new companies matching filters you saved.
6.3. If you add a contract to your agenda, we send expiry reminders to the email on your account (typically 30, 14 and 7 days before, and on the day).
6.4. Those emails are sent through our email provider (currently Resend). Delivery depends on that provider and on your mailbox.
7. Maps and third-party tools
7.1. Maps may be provided by Google Maps. Use of the map is also subject to Google’s terms. Map tiles can process your IP address. Distances are estimates from postcodes.
7.2. Workplace & Contact may call Google Places and fetch public pages on a company’s own website. We store only published business contact details (trading address, business phone, website, role inboxes). We do not collect director home emails, personal webmail (Gmail, Hotmail and similar), or guessed firstname.lastname@ addresses. A match can be wrong; treat “possible” matches as unverified.
7.3. We also use hosting, Stripe, Resend, and public postcode lookup services. Their terms apply to their part of the stack.
7.4. Contact lookups are metered. A cached result may be reused for a short period so we do not bill the same search twice.
8. No warranty
8.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
8.2. We do not warrant that register data, officer lists, map positions, insolvency flags, nearby-distance labels, workplace matches, or published phone / email details are complete, current, or street-accurate.
8.3. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for checking Companies House, speaking to the company, or taking professional advice.
9. Liability
9.1. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent English law allows.
9.2. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9.3. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
9.4. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. The site design, software, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors.
10.2. Register extracts remain public-sector information under the OGL, as in Section 2.
10.3. Your agenda notes and contract entries remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store them and to email you reminders.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
12. Suspension and closing an account
12.1. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.
12.2. You may close your account by emailing us. That does not by itself create a refund, except as in Section 4.5.
12.3. After closure we may keep records we must keep for tax, dispute, or legal reasons.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the revised Terms. For a material change we will try to give notice in the product or by email.
14. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also use the courts of their UK home nation where the law requires.
